Shiv
Founder

A MBA graduate in Finance. Shiv has more than a decade’s experience exclusively covering Indian Equity Markets with a fundamental approach. His earlier association with SMC Global Securities adds strength in macro management of selective Ultra HNI segment portfolios.

From 2020 onwards, Shiv actively represents Creative Tech & Hospitality business verticals at TORA TORI WEALTH Business Group. He is a Carnatic vocalist and calligraphist.

At present, Shiv passionately heads ARTO CULT — the world’s first Creative Community App project, and INDO VINDO — a spirituality-themed culture & country project.

His ethical belief covers the 5Ts – Truth, Trust, Transparency, Tongue and Timing — with a long-term proposition approach. His achievements include successful joint-venture project executions, venture capital funding, and business partnerships across realty, hospitality and tech.

Muralikrishnan
Director

Muralikrishnan is a professional with over 3 decades of experience in Sales, Product development, and Business Operations in the fields of FMCG and Banking. Had corporate stints with various organisations like Asian Paints, Pepsi, ICICI, HDFC and Axis Bank. He started his venture Finlynx Consulting intending to cater to the SME segment on Financial products mainly on retail loans. Believes in Customer centricity, resulting orientation and business growth with profits.   He has rich experience in Field of Sales, Product Launches, Customer Service, Relationship Management, Complaint management and so on. At TORA TORI WEALTH, Murali will be heading the ‘Funding’ vertical.

Ashwin Kumar
Executive Director

A graduate in Operations and Project Management from Lancaster University, United Kingdom and an advanced-level user of world-class trading systems and software, he has been actively participating in the Indian Stock, Commodity and Currency markets for over a decade now. He presently heads the Equity and Derivatives Research Desk at TORA TORI WEALTH.

He is also an NSE Certified Capital Market Professional and has obtained most of his education in Capital Market and Technical Analysis from leading institutions in India and abroad and has been trained by some of the leading Technical Analysts and experts in the industry.

He won the National Pride Award for Excellence in Currency Segment from Anand Rathi Shares and Stockbrokers Limited in 2012.

He has been a Guest Faculty at Christ University, Bangalore for several years and a Guest Speaker at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Pune Branch of Western Indian Regional Council and Association of Technical Market Analysts (A.T.M.A) on Technical Analysis and various financial and Investment topics.

R. Lakshminarayanan
Director

A qualified Chartered Accountant, a Certified Financial Planner from the Financial Planning Standards Board India and a Chartered Wealth Manager from the American Academy of Financial Management.

He is a Registered Valuer (Securities and Financial Assets) from the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. He is a Certified Professional in Derivatives by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

He is also certified by the National Institute of Securities Markets on Securities Operations and Risk Management. He has been a Guest Speaker at Christ University, Bangalore and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Pune Branch of Western Indian Regional Council on topics such as Prudent Financial Planning and Investment Avenues in the Indian Capital Market.
